This session is designed to help investors sharpen their decision-making by building a structured and personalized approach to deal assessment.
Participants will gain tools to define their investment criteria and thesis, learn to systematically evaluate startups across seven key dimensions (team, market, product, traction, business model, exit potential, and terms), and gain an overview of how to conduct due diligence as an early-stage investor.
The session will include a company presentation and a workshop to anchor the theoretical concepts.
