He has since served on the boards of Goldman Sachs, ExxonMobil, Novartis and Target, teaches at Harvard Business School, and is the author of Authentic Leadership, the original True North, and most recently True North: Emerging Leader Edition (Wiley), co-written with Zach Clayton.
