Join Danish Tech Startups for the M&A Academy, a hands-on learning series designed for ambitious tech scale-up founders and CEOs who want to understand how acquisitions can become a real growth lever.
Across three intensive sessions, founders and senior leaders will learn how to identify acquisition targets, structure deals, run due diligence, negotiate with confidence, and plan for post-merger integration. The academy brings together scale-up teams, M&A advisors, investors, legal experts, and experienced operators in a trusted, practical environment.
Session 2: Due Diligence & Deal Execution
Financial, legal, and operational due diligence, risk assessment, negotiation approaches, and managing transaction timelines.
