Bactiquant, a Danish cleantech company, has entered into an agreement with Vækstfonden to secure a loan of up to DKK 10 million. The initial loan amount will be DKK 4 million, with the option to increase the loan by mid-April 2023. The decision to utilize the option to increase the loan will be made at the company’s annual general meeting next year.

Danish clothing brand Labfresh has raised 3 million DKK through a crowdfunding campaign, which will be used to create a flagship store in central Copenhagen. The campaign was supported by 140 of the brand’s existing customers.

Danish analysis platform Dreamdata has raised $6.2m in a series A funding round led by German venture capital firm Signals Venture Capital. The investment will be used to accelerate the company’s growth and expand its product offering.

Danish subscription service Nornorm has raised 110 million euros ($132 million) in an investment round led by venture capital firm Verdane. The funds will be used by Nornorm as a launchpad for further global expansion, including plans to enter the US market in 2023.

The co-founder of Formuepleje, Claus Hommelhoff, has invested in the Danish company Crazy Safety. The company sells bicycle helmets that imagines colored animals.

Chefme, the cooking platform, has raised an investment round of approximately 5 million, which will be used to strengthen its position as the Nordic leader. Among the investors are a former clothing entrepreneur and a Dutch-founded accelerator fund.

Union Therapeutics has secured capital from new and existing investors. The money will be used to speed up the development of the company’s two leading products, orismilast and niclosamide.

Another 40 million DKK has been invested in Lunar. The new capital comes just weeks after their latest investment round, which took place in September.

The software company Cookie Information, which provides a solution for cookie consent, has bought a Danish startup with expertise in data protection solutions in a multi-million-dollar transaction.

Female Invest has acquired the trading platform Gaia Investments and the chief technology officer who built the product. Female Invest will further developed the platform with an aim to integrate it in the existing Female Invest app.
